Trade Pitch Application

Risk Assessment

All pitches will now have electric hook up if required.

We are now operating a strict NO GENERATOR rule across the showground other than those supplied by our power provider OCM Events. This is due to Health & Safety Guidance and advice from our insurance company. We have given this matter a great deal of thought and have tried to come up with the best solution possible for everyone. All power will now be booked through OCM Events who will be providing all the showground power. Upon your application being successful, with your permission, I will forward your email address to OCM Events and they will send a link for you to book power (if necessary). Electricity Price list.

This is not a decision the show committee has taken lightly, but we are keen to make the showground a safer, cleaner and quieter environment for everyone. For those of you who have hired generators in the past this should be a cheaper option. For those of you who own diesel generators, we are aware that this is an additional cost for you.  Due to this we have given the matter a great deal of thought, but we hope that you are able to see the benefits of this new system.

There will be no exceptions to this rule.

You may put in a request for a pitch position but this cannot be guaranteed and all allocations are at the discretion of the show committee. Download map.

If you wish to return to a pitch that you had last year, please state this clearly on your application and ensure your application is returned by 31st May 2020. After this date, all pitches will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please be aware the office is only staffed by one person and I am unable to remind businesses who have not returned their applications by this date. Applications will remain open until 1st August 2020, depending on availability. All pitches were sold out last year, so please return applications promptly to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure you fill out and return the application, risk assessment and public liability forms, I cannot process applications without all three documents and full payment.

Please ensure that you clearly state your full address including postcode on your application form. We will not replace any passes which are lost in the post if the post code has not been provided. Passes etc will be sent out in June / July. If you have not received your passes by the end of July please contact the office.

2020 is shaping up to be a fantastic show. We really hope you will join us on 27th August 2020.
