Download our application forms:

Trade Pitch Application Information:

You may put in a request for a pitch position but this cannot be guaranteed and all allocations are at the discretion of the show committee.

If you wish to return to a pitch that you had last year, please state this clearly on your application and ensure your application is returned by 31st May 2019. After this date, all pitches will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware the office is only staffed by one person and I am unable to remind businesses who have not returned their applications by this date. Applications remain open until 1st August 2019 depending on availability, all pitches were sold out last year, so please return applications promptly to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure you fill out and return the application, risk assessment and public liability forms, I cannot process applications without all three documents and full payment. If paying by BACS please include proof, such as a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

We have been made aware of some traders using petrol generators, it has been an existing rule (Section I, Health and Safety) for some time. The fire service is asking that we take steps to eliminate their use. Diesel generators are acceptable as is LPG gas. There is mains power available in the Food, Drink and Craft Marquee but no mains power hook up available outside.

Please ensure that you clearly state your full address including postcode on your application form. We will not replace any passes which are lost in the post if the post code has not been provided. Passes etc will be sent out in June / July. If you have not received your passes by the end of July please contact the office.

Catering Pitch Applications:

2 years ago we switched from using one supplier for all our catering pitches to inviting businesses to tender for a pitch. We obviously have a bottom line which we have to meet when it comes to financies so the amount you tender will have a bearing on your success, but we do try to promote local businesses using local produce. Offer what you feel you are able to and what you feel is fair. Put together a good pitch and you will have every chance of joining us in 2019.

On a good day we have 8,000 people on site, last year we had 14 catering units, 9 of these offered food, 5 offered hot drinks, sweets, doughnuts etc. In addition to this we had 4 ice cream vans.

We run our own bar, therefore we do not accept any tenders for units selling alcohol.

May I wish you all a successful show season, thank you for your continued support. I look forward to seeing you all on show day.

Trade stands are an integral part of the show, we have a great variety of stands offering everything for handmade jewellery to top of the range farm machinery. The show has a footfall of approximately 8000 people on the day, offering any business an excellent opportunity to reach out to a targeted audience. Feedback from our trade stands is always good, confirming that coming to the show has a positive effect on their sales throughout the year. With pitches starting at just £45 it is an opportunity not to be missed.

We have 2 types of pitch, the outside trade stands which come in a range of sizes and cost, more than one space can be booked allowing for an even larger size. Then there is our very popular Food, Drink and Craft marquee, the name speaks for itself, but if you have any questions regarding where your business would be best situated then please contact the secretary.
